In 2012, Cutting Edge Connect was hired by the President of the organization to assist them in identifying and hiring top-quality talent across North America.Our client was just entering the North American market and was experiencing tremendous growth. They were challenged with the need to build their entire team, both customer-facing and back office staff. With over 40 plants across North America, our client was the largest glass recycler on the continent and a top ten plastics processor.
After spending considerable capital on improving production by purchasing new equipment and building new plants, Cutting Edge Connect was tasked with helping in strategic hiring to raise the standard of individuals who had mechanical engineering backgrounds and could help implement process improvement initiatives.
Between the years of 2010 and 2013 Cutting Edge Connect placed over 30 individuals from a GM to help start a new abrasives division to plant managers, procurement, financial, process improvement and engineers throughout North America.
Due our continued success, this client was an early adopter of our multimedia platform which has been used to enhance their recruiting process.
